Artwork from NROS artists

Spring Open brings together a fresh collection of work at Lamport Hall, celebrating the creativity and quality of artists across Northamptonshire and Rutland.

For artists, it’s an opportunity to experiment, explore a new direction or share a piece you’re particularly proud of. We’re looking for brand-new, high-quality work, thoughtfully finished and presented, that will make this an exhibition worth discovering.

Work must not have been shown in a previous NROS exhibition and should preferably have been created within the last six months.

Who can apply

Applications are welcome from NROS members and non-members based in Northamptonshire, Rutland or within five miles of either county’s borders.

Spaces are very limited. Entries are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, with a maximum of 250 artworks - or fewer if wall capacity is reached first. NROS reserves the right to refuse unsuitable work.

Members have a 24-hour priority application period.
