Materials Included
Graphite pencil can be used to produce so much more than just a sketch. Using a pencil blunt or sharp, pressing lightly or hard and using a variety of tones, learn how to create the effect of fur, the texture of skin and the glassy look of an eye. With the expert tuition from Jamie over the course of 2 days, you will learn and be able to practice new techniques to develop your drawing skills.
Tutor - Jamie Boots
Originally from New Zealand Jamie first exhibited his work in 2004 and turned professional in 2006. With pictures taking up to four months to produce, only a limited number of originals are available each year. Limited edition prints are available from a number of galleries throughout the UK.
Lunch: Participants are asked to bring their own packed lunch, but we will provide teas and coffees throughout the day. We are located in a small town and a small Co-op and Tesco are a short 5 min walk away.
