About the Event
This painting workshop is an ideal introduction to landscape painting in oil paints. A landscape painting will be produced, with attention to perspective, tonal values, colour mixing and application of colours to create a realistic image. Working from a reference photograph and a step by step process, The workshop will guide you through the process involved in painting a landscape, and is perfect for both beginners and painters with some experience.
Cordell is an experienced painter who will provide painting demonstrations during the day, individual tuition and a supporting handout, as part of the workshop, to explain the techniques involved. You will create a landscape painting that you will be able to take away with you at the end of the day.
The price varies depending on whether you are bringing your own materials or whether you wish Cordell to supply all materials. Prices are £65 if bringing own materials or £75 if Cordell supplies them. To book your place go to the website www.cordellgarfield.com
