For over 20 years, I have dedicated my career to capturing the essence of pets, people, and wildlife through the delicate medium of pastels. Working from my home studio in the charming village of Cottesmore, I immerse myself in the world of art, creating original paintings and prints for sale, teaching aspiring artists and taking on commissions.
As a self-taught artist, I find inspiration in the masterpieces of renowned artists such as David Shepherd, David Stribling, and Rita Kirkman. Their work fuels my passion and continually pushes me to refine my skills.
Teaching is an integral part of my artistic journey. I find immense satisfaction in passing on my knowledge and skills to others, inspiring them to discover their own artistic potential. I believe that many people have the innate ability to create beautiful art but hesitate to start or simply don't know how. My local classes are designed to guide and encourage these budding artists.
