Meet the Artist!
Deirdre is an experimental artist who loves to capture light and colour, using a variety of media. Her paintings are inspired by her surroundings which are expressed in a loose and free style. Some of Deirdre’s work is abstract, which allows her to experiment with texture, shape and moods. For many years she organised, and exhibited in the Creative Oundle International Festival exhibitions.
As well as being a member of the Northamptonshire & Rutland Open Studios she is also a member of the Welland Valley Art Society, and Peterborough Artists Open Studios.
