About this Collection

Making detailed portraits of individuals takes time and discussion with those who are commissioning the project. The nature of the clay used and the research into the individual's coat, character and expression means that extra look is achieved. Lost wax casting is a long process and has several stages requiring great skills of all involved. The result is a heritage quality celebration of life that lasts for generations.
Joel can undertake a limited number of commissions each year and you can see more of her work at www.animalsculpture.co.uk
