First Bites

After spending many years out in the 'artistic wilderness' my artistic endeavours were more of the handicraft variety, and in February 2023 was working mainly in polymer clay, making miniature fake foods, mostly for my own enjoyment. My inspiration for the mini foods were all around me. Christmas, and the mince pies being sold in the Supermarket inspired the mince pies board - and the Valentine's board? I saw the Open exhibition for NOS at Lamport Hall, being advertised, decided I'd enter, and with the option to enter two pieces, well, what else would fit into a February event?
