Robin Stewart

I am a Leicestershire based photographer. I hold a Bachelor of Arts honours degree (BA) in photography awarded in 2024. I also hold a PTTLS teaching certificate and am an experienced adult educator. I start post-graduate studies in October with the Open University (MA Art History).

My current practice is driven by a desire to create bodies of work around landscape and the environment. Eschewing a popular approach to landscape I seek out the detail in the land and question how it is viewed and used. My photographic techniques include ICM, multiple exposure, film, cyanotype and digital. My work is influenced by Impressionism, Post-Impressionism, Fauvism and Abstract Expressionism.
