I have been painting since 2005. After attending art school 1975-79 I worked as a calligrapher and designer in Cambridge. Moving to the Northamptonshire countryside in 1993 I returned to life drawing and painting.
‘Open studios’ opened a door for me to exhibit again and I met many influential & inspiring artists and now exhibit alongside many great artists across several counties.
I paint landscapes, seascapes, rivers, lakes and gardens. I use acrylics oils and watercolours often using mixed media and texture.
I’m an exhibiting member of the Welland Valley art society and sit on their committee. I exhibit each year in Various locations and galleries across Northamptonshire, Rutland and Cambridgeshire.
