I studied as far as A level, then a 30 year gap, recently I have rediscovered the enjoyment of painting with acrylics and watercolours working mainly from my own photos, relearning what I was taught many years ago with the help of tuition.

I initially started using watercolours and acrylics but I have now moved towards Oils as a preferred medium over acrylics. I am also rediscovering charcoal drawing, pastels and other mediums whilst studying part time on line.

I am hoping when time allows, to attend life drawing classes in order to broaden my skills and set new challenges for myself.

With every new piece of work I always try to push my abilities and improve my skills.
