Born in India and educated at a prestigious university, Sabari Sen began her artistic career as an animation artist in an advertising agency. Her canvas expanded beyond screens, as she explored oil paint and acrylic media, honing her skills. In 1990, she ventured to England, where her passion for creativity took a new form: beautifully crafted ceramic pottery. Trained at Swanspool Ceramics, Sabari blends Western design subtlety with Eastern mysticism. Inspired by ancient stoneware and the colors of nature, her works—whether paintings or pottery—echo family history and human happiness. Sabari’s studio, far from Delhi’s chaos, resonates with the legacy of her nationally acclaimed poet grandfather. Through colors and clay, she continues his tradition, creating poetic pieces that merge aesthetics with functionality.
