Learn wire forming techniques and cabochon stone setting on this 3 hour silver jewellery making course.
You will be gently guided through a multitude of silver jewellery techniques to enable you to make a pendant or pair of earrings in wire and add a pre made stone setting to your design.
You will learn how to:
Form wire using pliers, mallets and formers
File wire to create good connections for soldering
Solder your forms and cabochon stone setting
Sand your work to create even surfaces
Set a cabochon stone into your work
Polish your piece
Materials: These are in addition to your course fees and will be approximately £7-£15 depending on your design and choice of stone.

Level: Suitable for beginners and those with some experience are welcome too
