This exhibition at St Rumbald's Church in Stoke Doyle near Oundle, unites six accomplished artists for the first time, including printmakers Ange Mullins, Claire Morris-Wright & Steve Cussons, mixed media artist Victoria Maddocks, painter Fiona Cumberpatch, & mixed media textile artist Karin Forman
They focus their collective attention on nature, demonstrating a wide array of artistic perspectives and responses. Not only is each artist exploring their personal relationship with nature through their creativity, they are also highlighting the interconnectedness of humankind and nature for others to witness. The sounds of nature played at the exhibition are by kind permission of renowned sound recordist’s Chris Watson and David de la Haye.
St Rumbald's Church where the exhibition is taking place, is strikingly beautiful, as is the surrounding countryside, and together with the art, it makes this event a must see.
