Sammie is an Irthlingborough based artist who has always loved drawing and painting but only discovered her niche in her thirties after having her two wonderful daughters. They have been Sammie’s motivation to really re-discover her passion and she hopes to make them proud by perusing her artist dreams. Sammie uses mixed media, mainly acrylic but also graphite, pastels and water colour to create a trademark mix of colours and layers. The goal is to create feminine empowering pieces that also feature Sammie’s love of nature and wildlife which reflects the beauty and also the chaos of everyday life, particularly for women.
